Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Focus Modes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
Focus Modes is an Android application that allows users to create customized phone environments ("modes") for different contexts such as work, gym, sleep, and more. The App can modify your device's appearance, restrict access to certain apps, and manage notifications based on your configured modes.
Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harm, threaten, or harass others
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App in any manner that could damage or overburden our systems
Permissions and Device Access

By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that the App will modify your device's settings, wallpaper, and app accessibility based on your configured modes. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Focus Modes and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE MALFUNCTION, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS CERTAIN APPS.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Focus Modes and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
